1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website BizLawOne (bizlawone.biz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

BizLawOne provides tailored legal consulting services for entrepreneurs, including contract review, compliance guidance and related support for business operations.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, products and materials are outlined on the website or in a separate proposal. Payment is due in full prior to commencement of any service or delivery of any product.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Professional Consulting Services

If you cancel a consulting session at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, you may choose a full refund or reschedule once without additional charge. Sessions canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are nonrefundable due to resource allocation, but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

4.2 Information Products

Digital information products such as e-books, guides and templates are eligible for a full refund within seven days of purchase, provided the materials have not been downloaded or accessed. Once access has been granted, no refund will be issued.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods including reports or books may be returned within thirty days of receipt if they are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, in which case BizLawOne will cover return postage. Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of receipt of returned goods.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials and trademarks displayed on BizLawOne remain the exclusive property of BizLawOne. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

BizLawOne shall maintain confidentiality of all client communications and documents, except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizLawOne’s total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service or product that is the subject of the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait City.

10. Modifications to Terms
